Aqua Fleet operates as a centralized command center for watercraft rental businesses, processing booking requests, rental timers, and financial transactions through a unified iPad interface. The system tracks each vessel's real-time status across five categories: Total Fleet inventory, Active Rentals with live time counters, Today's Revenue with automatic calculation, Maintenance schedules with alert triggers, and Safety Information database with searchable checklist library.
The dashboard displays active rental sessions with running time counters that automatically calculate charges based on hourly rates multiplied by elapsed time. Fleet Database entries include vessel specifications such as capacity measured in passenger count, length in meters, marina location coordinates, and availability status updated in real-time. Calendar View presents monthly booking grid with color-coded reservation blocks, client names, watercraft assignments, and scheduled departure times converted to 12-hour format.
Finance Tracker aggregates all transactions into Income streams from rentals and additional services, Expenses including cleaning, maintenance, and operational costs, then calculates Net Profit with percentage margin displayed as visual progress indicator. Maintenance Management categorizes tasks as Scheduled with calendar dates, or Unscheduled with warning flags, tracking status progression from Pending through In Progress to Completed with cost estimates and completion dates stored per vessel.
Catalog boats, catamarans, and yachts with vessel specifications including passenger capacity counts, length measurements in meters, hourly rental rates in currency, marina berth locations with pin coordinates, and availability status toggled between Available, Rented, and Maintenance modes. Search functionality filters by watercraft type with icon-coded categories.
Monthly calendar grid displays reservation blocks with client names, assigned watercraft, and scheduled times. Navigate between months using arrow controls, select dates to view day-specific bookings, and access rental cards showing vessel name, customer information, and departure time in 12-hour format with AM/PM indicators. Color-coded highlights mark selected dates.
Real-time counters display active rental duration in hours:minutes:seconds format with automatic charge calculation multiplying elapsed time by hourly rate. Status badges show Running state with light blue indicators. Timer starts when rental begins, continues updating every second, and accumulates total charge displayed with currency symbol and decimal precision.
Aggregate view separates Income from rental fees and additional services versus Expenses from cleaning, maintenance, and operations. Net Profit calculation subtracts total expenses from income, displays profit margin as percentage with visual chart icon. Transaction history lists individual entries with category labels, amounts showing positive/negative signs, and dates in abbreviated month-day format.
Task cards categorize maintenance as Scheduled with calendar icons and future dates, or Unscheduled with warning triangles. Filter by status: Pending awaiting action, In Progress showing active work with circular progress indicators, or Completed marked with checkmark badges. Each entry includes task title, affected watercraft name, description text, scheduled date, and estimated cost in currency.
Searchable database of safety articles covering Water Safety Basics, Life Jacket Selection, Operating Procedures for catamarans and boats, Sea Travel Preparation protocols, Emergency Response procedures, and Storm Safety guidelines. Each article card displays icon representing topic, title in bold text, preview snippet with ellipsis truncation, and chevron arrow for navigation to full content.
